Tom is a 30-year industry veteran with extensive hands on and executive experience in production operations, horizontal drilling, and conventional/multistage completions in all Texas Basins, New Mexico, Oklahoma and GOM. He founded a consulting company providing expertise in drilling, production, completion and reservoir engineering. He has prior hands on operations and management roles with Sydri; Veritas; TANA; and Pennzoil.

Prior to joining Sydri, Carlos served Linn Energy as VP of Business Development, Strategy and Planning. From 2017-2108, he led 24 asset sales valued at $2 Billion and over $12 Billion in A&D since 2012. Past leadership and asset management roles: EVP Sydri; COO Beryl; Pogo; British Gas; Wintershall/BASF, and Mobil.

Rusty is a 30-year industry veteran and long time Independent Petroleum Landman working in a variety of hands on and executive positions. He has prior asset management roles with Marathon and Enserch and extensive experience in title research, lease acquisition, and oversight of field landmen across Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi. Oklahoma, North Dakota, Montana, and New Mexico. Experienced in prospect and seismic acquisition, due diligence, and title curative.

Jennifer has 17 years of experience in Accounting, 14 of those years have been in Oil & Gas. Her work history includes all aspects of accounting from the bottom up as well as, regulatory Reporting, state reporting for Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Wyoming, as well as federal filings. She has worked with different private and public E&P companies through the years before starting with Sydri in the Summer of 2022. Jennifer has a BBA from Wichita State University and a MBA from Baker University.
Christian has over 25 years of industry experience covering land, off-shore and international projects. He is a highly versatile engineer whose work history includes production and completion engineering, reservoir simulation, field supervision, regulatory reporting, environmental compliance, reserves management and asset evaluation. He has worked for large energy companies such as Schlumberger and Anadarko, as well as smaller independent operators. Christian earned a BS In Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and holds a U.S. Patent for enhanced artificial lift methods.
Steven has over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has been a pioneer in the analysis, targeting, and development of the core of multiple shale plays. Over the course of his career, Steven has led the evaluation and development of both conventional and shale reservoirs with hundreds of vertical and horizontal wells drilled throughout Texas, New Mexico and Louisiana. Steven is well versed in reservoir stimulation and petrophysical characterization with experience in identifying overlooked opportunities and sub-optimal development. He has geo-steered over 200 horizontal wells including wells in conventional sandstones. He has managed e-logging and mudlogging operations for a multi-rig program in the Permian Basin and Haynesville Shale and has identified multiple re-completions through petrophysical analysis of existing well data. Steven holds a degree in Geology from Southern Methodist University.
